Product Summary: A residential loan program intended for individuals presently employed as medical doctors. This would include, for example, individuals licensed to practice medicine such as MDs, DOs, Dentists, Optometrists and Veterinarians. This program is not open to those who are not fully licensed to practice medicine, such as Physician’s Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, or others who are not commonly understood to be doctors or physicians in the medical field.

- Loan to Value (LTV) will be determined by dividing the loan amount by the lesser of the appraised value or sales price.

- Loan must be in the name of an individual
- Collateral may be in the name of an individual or LLC/LLP

- FNMA warrantable and non-warrantable condominiums. Condominium projects must have a third party review for eligibility (lnterlsland review). FNMA limited review guidelines apply. The maximum number of units financed by IBERIABANK will be limited to 20% of the units in the project.
- Non-warrantable exceptions
- Up to 30% commercial space
- Up to 12 months delinquent HOA dues, if unit is taken over by foreclosure and mortgagee is responsible for payment
- No restrictions on developer ownership
- Mobile homes, manufactured homes, and modular homes are ineligible
